QUAKER OATS CARROT PAYASAM

Serves:
15 bowl
INGREDIENTS
Quaker Oats 200 gms
Milk 1.5 ltr
Honey 100 ml
Almonds 4-5 nos.
Raisins Optional
Cardamom powder 10gms
HOW TO COOK?
Roast Quaker Oats in a pan till light brown in colour.
Heat milk in a pan and add the roasted Quaker Oats and honey. Boil for 3 minutes stirring continuously.
Add thinly chopped almonds and raisins, boil for another 1 minute. Remove from fire and add cardamom powder.
Add sugar and green cardamom powder. Cook for a few minutes stirring constantly.
Serve hot.
