QUAKER OATS HONEY PAYASAM

Serves: 1 bowl
INGREDIENTS
Skimmed Milk 150 ml
Toned Milk 150ml
Carrot 50 gms
Quaker Oats 15 gms
Sugar 1 tsp
Green Cardamom 1 pc
HOW TO COOK?
Roast Quaker Oats lightly.
Wash, scrape and grate carrots finely.
Boil milk, add carrots and let it simmer for 10 mins. Add Quaker Oats to the milk and cook for sometime on slow fire till payasam thickens to an even consistency.
Add sugar and green cardamom powder. Cook for a few minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from fire. Serve hot.
