Serves : 4 Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
INGREDIENTS
Quaker Oats 1 tsp
Grated Carrots ½ tsp
Grated Red Apples (with skin) ½ tsp
Elaichi powder 2 pinches
Sugar Free 4 tsp
Toned Milk 500 ml
FOR GARNISH
Blanched Almonds (Chopped) 2 nos
Chopped Raisins (Chopped/Optional) 4 nos

HOW TO COOK?
Reduce the milk in a pan by boiling it for 5 minutes
Add in the powdered elaichi, grated carrot, apples and oats and boil till the oats cook out
Add in the sugar free and switch off
Finish with the blanched almonds and raisins
Serve warm or chilled

Note:

One tea spoon: 5gms
One tbsp spoon: 15gms

Don't have this Kheer too hot. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes before you have it so that all the flavours seep into the Kheer. You may add saffron if you like, but Chef prefers it without.
