INGREDIENTS
Quaker Oats 2 tsp
Sprouted Moong Dal Paste 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder a pinch
Salt 2 pinches
Water 3 tbsp
FOR GARNISH
Fresh Coriander (chopped) 1 tsp
Onion (chopped) 1 tsp
Tomato (chopped) (optional) 1 tsp

HOW TO COOK?
Mix all the ingredients for the pancake together. Keep aside.
Heat a nonstick pan and place a tbsp. of the batter in the pan and rotate the spoon to create a thin pancake on the tawa.
Sprinkle the onion and coriander and flip over once golden on the other side.
After 10 seconds on medium flame, flip back over, sprinkle the tomatoes, fold and serve.
Serve these pancakes anytime of the day with ketchup or coriander chutney.
Note:
One tea spoon: 5gms
One tbsp spoon: 15gms
